This is a weekly virtual Sanga to help one another stay grounded, navigate our anxiety, and maintain perspective. We begin with a short guided meditation, and then examine a yoga teaching and how we might put it into practice right now. We conclude by holding space for questions, comments, or reflections.
All are welcome, and no experience with meditation or spirituality is required.
