March 29, 2011

following our regularly scheduled Akathist service, our Fellowship/Chapel will sponsor a special presentation by His Grace, Bishop Seraphim. For more than a decade Bishop Seraphim served as the Orthodox Bishop of Sendai, Japan, the area most seriously devastated by the recent earthquake and tsunami. His diocese included over 30 parishes in the areas most directly affected by this incredible tragedy. His Grace will share with us his personal, archpastoral experiences with these faithful people and report on present conditions as much as he is aware. Please make an effort to attend this event, which is open to the public, Orthodox and non-Orthodox alike.
